I praised TekPub and continue to do so. PluralSight is also good and has more courseware. Personally I prefer TekPub because the instructors tend to have been right there on the front developer lines rather than professional instructors. The technology I have been immersing myself in lately is ASP.NET MVC. TekPub's are presented by Rob Conery, who was on the team at Microsoft. PluralSight's guy seems dedicated to modulating his voice like a radio ad announcer and gets some very basic things very wrong.
