I'm really unimpressed with LearnDevNow. I bought a subscription and tried it, but didn't get value from it. I also think AppDev has declined in quality and just teaches you the "motions" without alot of substance. I would go with Pluralsight. Mike has recommended TekPub and they have several videos I want to watch, but haven't had the time to do so.

If you want inclass training (yes, it still exists), I don't think you can beat DevelopMentor.
