That's true, if cube farms still exist. But who will want to use a model designed for business conditions we've gone to a lot of trouble to replace? You might as well argue that motor vehicles aren't very good because they don't respond to the buggy whip. ;-)
Seriously, I take your point: today as I sat patiently at a NY boarding gate with a delay announced 10 minutes after boarding time, I was surrounded by people hollering into cellular phones. Cacophony. We'll have to think of something for that.
