When I see this page:

At the bottom, it says:

"Microsoft is using Rebex FTP/SSL and SFTP in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Expression Web"

This seems to indicate that it is not tomorrow we will see SFTP support built-in .NET.
