I'm real happy with the Chilkat bundle for about the same money for a company wide use. It comes with Active-X and .NET versions. I'm using SFTP in FoxPro and straight FTP in .NET (C#).

It also comes with a Zip component that I'm using in only FoxPro at this time, but it would probably solve your other problem regarding WinZip on the command line.
