Hi

I just got a call from a user who is getting "there is not enought memory to complete this operation"
He used the system before and he has Windows XP with 2 Gig ram and plenty of space.
he said he shut down all other applications and still have the same error.

Any idea what could be causing such an error? by the way he get to the splash screen before getting the error.
