I'm having the same problem. Had to access via the web page this morning. What's up UT gurus?

>When I try to download new messages with the navigator, the program tells me that there is a new version of the control files and to download them. After a long download, it flashes a screen saying something like "Processing..." (to fast to see) and then it closes down. When I restart it again I am back to square one.
