For me the more interesting part is whether API structure is deemed copyrightable at all -
which Alsup reserves for himself. The "automatic tainting of clean room"
IMHO is a poision pill from Sun days which should not be allowed.
But from MS/Sun trial I guess my views are too piratical for US IP law.
We'll see soon enough (and probably an appeal as well)
And I might look up my old sources to see if there isn't a copy-method predating Java,
which has a method signature found again in the Java API. Must be worth a lot.
