Can anyone explain to me why this occurs and what to do to prevent it?:

I set step on and while in interactive mode, I can see in my Trace window that the code shows all the values of my fields are correctly on what I expect (as per the code), but when I look at the watch window, I see different values. Worse yet, when I click on the value in the watch window it will often show the value I expected as well as all all field references in it change to that. then seconds later, while sitting there doing nothing, it changes back and forth. Hovering over the values in the trace window always shows the values as they should be on the correct record. The watch window shows random changes back and forth. There are no timers activating in the form. Has anyone experienced this and can tell me why it does this?
