Yep - we have CodeBase applications that access tables that participate in a VFP 3.0 .DBC; I'm not certain if the .DBC rules are supported directly, but the extended data types and header files are supported, as are the extended index types like primary and candidate keys.
I'd recommend moving away from CodeBase - we're finding it to be much easier to rewrite stuff to use ADO than to continue the painful record-oriented operations built into CodeBase.
