JAG Are they taking automated Snapshot Backups that are locking the files or is the Virus scanner actively scanning the data.

In the server administration the files show as read instead of read/write but noeone is flagged as using them in any special way. Even getting everyone to log out so no one is using the file resets the read only flag.
