That an innocent person has or could be put to death is reason enough to eliminate capital punishment. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against executing the Bundy's of the world, but our system can't be trusted. I'm willing to let the Bundy's spend their entire lives in jail if it means even one innocent person is spared.
