I started to watch it but fell asleep. (SOP for me these days :-} )

I don't remember being particularly impressed, but then again I don't remember not being. I do remember noticing, at least in the part I watched, that there was very little mention of earlier work using other methods - HP took a stab at it back in 2007 using 3D-imaging:
