ay yi yi ,, out of the fire and into the frying pan. If I were you I would keep your vfp code and just do a front end in jQuery and/or jQuery Mobile. These small companies (perhaps like the ones you mentioned) don't seem to last too long or have a critical mass to carry the tools forward.
