It is set to .T. I have other class containers(form) that are added to parent form on the fly and the have tooltips that work. One more thing if I add the ToolTipText to the class itself it works example:

ThisForm.signoffqueuecontrol1.ToolTipText = "Test"

But this does not:

ThisForm.signoffqueuecontrol1.Label1.ToolTipText = "Test"
