Are the reports being run on the 64-bit server computer, or on workstations? If workstations, are they XP, Vista, Win7 or ? Or is the app being run in Remote Desktop/Terminal Services on a TS server?
Do all reports show this problem?
Do all workstations show the problem?
Do all printers consistently show this problem?
Are the printers attached to the server, or to workstations?
