Correct and Incorrect. I also encountered that problem. My work around was to change the back color of disabled pageframes to a dark grey. The caption still has a box around it in disable mode, but is does look good. I have had very positive responses from the client also. I have three or four imbedded pageframes on a single form. It was difficult to determine the currently active frame... It would be nice if we had control over the Pageframe caption properties, eh... Maybe in VFP 5.0, I have not used it yet, and just got it last week... Steve
