BTW, there still may be a bit of the confusion here. Start from creating your SP and chosing good names for your parameters. Then, when you refer to these parameters in .NET code the names must match.

Parameters.AddWithValue("@MyParam1",...)

although the AddWithValue is not a good way and better to use Add method.
