The Republican National Committee is trying to bury this in the deepest part of the ocean, but the vocally blessed in the Tea Party just won't shut up. That is both their power and their danger. They have sent a powerful message, there is no doubt about that. The danger to Mitt (who must curse them every night before falling into fitful sleep) and the party slate is they work energetically to alienate the less inflamed among the populace. Most of us even on the "left" are reasonably rational and there aren't many of us who want the Koch brothers running the country.
