Agree with your assessment of W. Bush. And yes, Obama trumps W. Bush on experience and especially IQ. I think all of us can see where a really incompetent President (Bush) and the WRONG policies will get us in the U.S. After all, Dick Cheney (the war criminal) was really running the show because of Bush's incompetence.
