1. Launch the SQL Enterprise Manager
2. Expand the appropriate server and then expand the Databases folder.
3. Click the database you want to create scripts for and choose "Generate SQL Scripts..." in the Object menu.
In that dialog you can select the tables, and all the types of scripts you can create. Use the help button to get info on all of the options.
