As for Obama or Carter, the jury is still out as to which is the worst president of my lifetime. If the PPACA is thown out then Obama's long term damage to the country will be negligible, just like Clinton. If it stands then Carter will step down from his mantle of worst in my lifetime.

Carter's biggest problem in the White House is that he truly thought that he wouldn't have to make the deals he would have to make to get his policies/plans passed.
