I used to get this error almost every day form one of my 50 users over 3 applications for years. I ended up writing code in my error routeen to bypass it and tell the user to try again. I never did find out what was causing it. When I changed to SP2 those errors seemed to have stopped. I haven't seen one in over a year now. All users are using XP.
