Hi Scott --

It'd be a tough comparison to make. VB is somewhat faster in instancing interface objects (although VFP6 closes that gap) but it's hard to do a comparison between the two in data access, although if you use the same methodology (ADO, for example), I don't see why there would be much difference between the two.
