Free Market :
Webster : an economic market operating by free competition
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/free%20market
Investor Words : Business governed by the laws of supply and demand, not restrained by government interference, regulation or subsidy
http://www.investorwords.com/2086/free_market.html

Kindly point out to me how one offshores one's manufacturing without running into some form of government interference, regulation or subsidy. Hint : Why would you offshore if not for government interference onshore? ;)

>and an example of good (unfettered captalism) business. I'm interested what do you and Jake think Apple should do ?

Apple has a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders. They must seek to provide a solid return and grow the business. In addition they have a very loyal and demanding customer base who are VERY vocal in their displeasure when Apple doesn't produce new products in a timely manner. Those customers don't appear to care as to why.
