Questions you need answers to, from the customer
Is it happening on only one machine? If so,
What's changed on that machine.
Is it a new printer?
If an old printer, have they changed/updated drivers recently?
Since you have uninstalled/reinstalled the application, something has changed within the office.

We have tried uninstalling our program and reinstalling it and deleted the necessary folders prior to installation.
