Small claims only works if:
- you and the other party are both in the same jurisdiction, or your contract states disputes will be resolved in your jurisdiction
- your claim is at or below the small claims dollar limit
If the situation doesn't meet these parameters, judge.me arbitration looks like an interesting option.
