Agreed - quite stupid. Just to show how dumb it is - the fine for this is $200.

Now they've also trying to decriminalize pot too - so if you get caught with 25grams or less of pot (which seems like quite a bit of pot actually) - then it's not even a misdemeanor...and get this - the fine for THAT is $100. hahahahahahaha Of course I actually agree with the one & think there should be no fine - but anyway it just goes to show you how skewed some of the laws can be. Heck here in Hawaii there is a guy they call the "pot minister" - some religious guy that promotes smoking weed - who has a reputation of being a very nice, loving and harmless person. So they've had him locked up for 2 years with NO BAIL while he awaits trial for growing some plants. Meanwhile there is a male/female couple that are a couple of hard-drug junkies that beat their 2 year old to death - and they were not even in jail for 48 hours and got bailed out. WTF!
