Here's a couple of choices.

1) Find (or install) the Vbawrd8.hlp. On my NT machine it's in the winnt40\help directory. You might need to install it from the Office CD if you didn't before.

2) Record and then view a macro in Word that does what you want.

I've ended up using #1 more than #2, but that's just my preference.
