>I think you have a common, but incorrect perception of the changes. Yes, it disrupts our workflow because we're creatures of habit. We learn to do something one way and then it becomes a habit. Anything that disrupts that is bad because it forces us to THINK about the next step rather than just DOING it. But that doesn't mean it's a worse way or is doing harm. Often times, once we learn the new way and it becomes habit, we realize it is better. The longer we resist and complain about the change, the longer it takes us to adapt.
