I am new to VBA and Access. Does anyone know how I can accomplish the following:

All the user to select a IMport Excel spreadsheet button, prompt the user to select which excel spreadsheet they want to import from anywhere on their computer, press ok and then have program to sparse out the headers and start validation commands on the data itself to ensure it's clean.

Any thoughts?
