Ever since I have 6.0 and help uses IE, it seems to take forever to load. What can be done to speed it up?.

While I am at it, normally I am not interested in seeing all the disabled help items from other components of VS. How can I turn them on/off?

Is this MS's way of, let's say, gently placing IE and VB down our throat? Oh! the beauty of a captive audience...
