80% certain that it is still 1.x, as I remember an update having problems -
so I stayed with previous one.

deployment of a fll or exe is less brittle - although I remember no glaring problems from dynazip projects.

for internal use we are often using the file switch mechanism of RAR -
better compression and often better speed. Zip mostly by explicit customer wish.
