But if I'm not mistaken, the 32-bit ODBC connection would only be accessible to 32-bit software, not native 64-bit. Had recently dealt with situation where I was working with a Java app was using DBF files. Ended up installing the 32-bit JVM instead of the 64-bit because of this on Server 2008R2 to get it working.
