My .02 pacific pesos worth is that you might have some small object references dangling around and slowly building up. Check that all referenced objects associated with forms/grids that you create with createobject/addobject or simply object properties of forms are correctly zapped. I run VFP apps for up to several weeks without shutdown, so I don't think there's anything intrinsically leaky about VFP itself.
