Going head2head with apple and hoping that others will give android a hassle by offering lower price seems a good idea.
But I don't know if the 32GB iPad is the most sold iPad - it might be because of the missing USB and mSDHC ;-)

The iPad1 which has been confiscated by the big kid is 16GB as well,
but I did not get big order discounts and she has an iPhone as well ;-)
For me 100$ for some RAM chips is highway robbery -
I mostly use an 7' 16GB android and 2 32GB mSDHC,
which can be switched between phone and pad easily and also be loaded in the laptop.
