Their docs and sparse examples for VFP were pretty bad but I eventually figured it out. There haven't been any problems in the two or three years it's been in production.

The application goes to a host server, picks up a public key, encrypts a file, then transmits it to the host. This is all done within the application with no user interaction save for a couple of status messages showing what's going on. Their tool should work fine with C#.
