I prefer free and payed software with source included.
I sometimes read Source code as a way to learn - in my free time. (Yeah I know, geeks and their hobbies...)
If there is a need to fix issues in the foreign developed parts, I will get payed -
to a degree a bit more (often framed in very lenient time estimates, sometimes as a bonus)
and also helps if the money source needs to tighten the budget by pruning some devs down the line.
So who is hurt if Source is included ?
