I actually deleted the changed record in the FoxUser file (had an ID of PROPWIND)

Problem was couldn't find the the proper place to Right Click when the Description Pane was empty. Turns out there's a Setting to Display Property Description in the Right Click Menu.

That said is there a way to change the size of the Description Pane? (I recall once doing this by accident)
