It's over and done with. It was tied up in Congress for two years and then in the judicial system for another year and a half. The Supreme Court, the final appeal, has ruled and has upheld the legislation. Give up already and move on.
Of course conservatives don't think that way. Losing graciously and finding plan B are not in their vocabulary. Compromise, even. If it's not plan A we're going to fall on the floor and kick our feet and scream bloody murder. The ceaseless battle against Roe v Wade continues and that ruling was handed down 45 years ago.
