And to show how much further evolved we on the old continent are:
there is (sometimes) minuscle mention of the folding of Merkel in the Euro crisis before Italy and others
in between all those Euro soccer stories of Italy triumphing over Germany.
About 1 in 11 stories in those e-zines targeting not the lower/lowest strata.

Makes me wonder if the early democracies were so wrong in giving less votes to large population segments...
