I have used it and think it's a decent email program. (I reverted back to Outook when Thunderbird was very slow to upgrade to Windows 64 bit). Not sure about any VFP integration but that would surprise me greatly. The open source developers probably don't even know what Visual FoxPro is, and if they did they wouldn't invest time in it.
