All I can say is that I didn't and don't find a reference to it in my MSDN or in the winnetwk.h file that came with VC++ 6.0 in VS 6.0 or in my Win32 SDK. Admittedly, I haven't installed the latest (October) update. Perhaps that's where it documented.
