Several, actually; the easiest is to install the Windows Scripting Host (it's built into Win98 and NT 5, is a part of Option Pack 4 for NT 4.0, and can be added to any of the Win32 environments by downloading WSH.EXE from Microsoft's Web site and installing it on local systems. It's an incredibly powerful facility, not just for its internal object interface, but also as a means to use VBScript and JScript for a number of tasks) and instantiate the Wscript.Network automation object.
