RS is NOT dead.
I was extremely busy past two years but that is all. RS Will be published as open source soon enough and it will include
all advanced features such are report drilldowns (clickable report surface / see attachment), hyperlinks, mix orientation etc. Maybe even some (simple) end user report designer.
With RS you CAN in fact do your own simple report designer. This was in fact one of original hopes of the project
that people will do their own custom report designers with it.


Now you got me perplexed; You had trouble implementing it ?? (Whereas I thought it was extremely easy.)
What did you find as a problem ? Why you did not contact me ?
