There are different ways. Crystal reports is not royalty free with report generator, fastreports royalty free for just basic edition, our other developers using a tool with Delphi is (I can't remember its name now) royalt-free for that but unfortunately it just run with Delphi...

I'll preview your tool in first but there are tools under 1.000-USD. I don't know how would be yours price...
