>>Since when are approx 30 cases a year, thousands of deaths? Considering that this law only exists 10 - 15 years? What is your definition of facts? Do you have any clue about the number of deaths as result of medical blunders causes by a seriously ill healthcare system? Please check the life expectancy in the US and compare that with western european country... And that are facts !!

As I said you in another reply, you're referring to a report that is over 20 years old when there was no legislation, but only some guideline under which a physician would not be prosecuted. Your point is that in some 1400 cases those guidelines were not followed correctly and insist to classify this as murder as if it was genocide. The fact of the matter is that patients were terminally ill and only had hours, or perhaps a day to live and were in incredible pain. This is a far cry from the how this information is abused for own potilical or even personal gains by Santorum and his gang. Yes there is murder in this whole discussion: the murder of objective and nuanced information for selfish reasons.
