Hi Nancy,

Belive it! I spoke with mor than one person at MS and was told that there is no hard copy documention on using VBA syntax in VFP. I have spent many hours learning the difference between selecting a font in Word/VBA and VFP/Word/VBA.

The work around is to get into Word, use the object browser and look at the suggested syntax. You may have to start by creating a macro in word, using Record obviously since we don't already know the syntax.

I have created a rudimentary, mailmerge using VFP 5/Word 7/VBA. What should have taken hours, took months and many downloads of articles from MS. AND it only works if you have the service paks and patches for both Office 97 and VFP 5.

Regards,

Paige
