I didn't know about this option. Good thing you mention it as I often times use the script from one database to create a table in another database. I suppose I was missing index keys. What else should I set to True in this SQL Server Object Explorer?

UPDATE. Interesting that in SQL Server 2005 I don't see the option for SQL Server Object Explorer but I see it in SQL Server 2008.
