Learn what interests you and benefits your customer. IMO, concentrating on web development will probably be your best option.
So.. for UI: HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, jQuery
for backend: ASP.Net/ASP.Net MVC/C# or php or java, or (insert language here)
Talk to headhunters in your area about what's hot and where trends are going there.
